RICHARD BLAIS
Top Chef – Season 8, Top Chef All-S tars Winner, Life After Top Chef, Top Chef – Judge

Perhaps most recognizable as the winner of Top Chef All-Stars, Richard Blais is a successful chef, cookbook author and television personality. Richard is a recurring guest on ABC’s The Chew and Good Morning America and most recently on Food Network’s newest cut-throat competition Tournament of Champions. His passion for molecular gastronomy sets him apart from many of his competitors and adds to the uniqueness of his food. He currently owns and operates Trail Blais, a forward-thinking culinary company that has consulted on, designed, and operated popular eateries including multiple outposts of Flip Burger Boutique located in the Southeast and most recently, Crack Shack and Juniper & Ivy in San Diego.

 

SHIRLEY CHUNG
Top Chef Finalist – Seasons 11 & 14

Chef Shirley first gained celebrity status as a Top Two Finalist on Top Chef Season 11 and once again as the first runner up on Top Chef Season 14. Born and raised in Beijing China, Shirley was exposed to international cuisine at an early age by her grandmother. Shirley has served as the Executive Chef for China Poblano by Jose Andres, which was nominated for the Best New Restaurant Award by James Beard in 2011. She is the creator and original head chef at the high acclaimed restaurant Twenty Eight in Orange County. In 2018 she opened her restaurant Ms. Chi Café in Culver City and released her cookbook Chinese Heritage Cooking From My American Kitchen.

 

ANGELO SOSA
Top Chef Finalist – Season 7 & Top Chef All-Stars

Top Chef fans love Angelo Sosa and have enjoyed seeing his success on two seasons of Top Chef Season 7 and Top Chef All-Stars! One of Angelo’s dishes on Top Chef won a NASA competition that sent his short ribs into space. He has worked with some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the world including Jean Georges, Dune and Stephen Starr. Angelo has released two cookbooks one in 2012 and the other in 2015. Angelo opened his restaurant Death by Tequila, championing Baja-inspired cuisine, in 2018 in Encinitas. In 2019 his restaurant won Best New Restaurant in San Diego Magazine. In 2020 Angelo competed on Top Chef All-Stars LA.

BRIAN MALARKEY
Brian Malarkey, a finalist on Top Chef Season 3 has been featured on numerous television shows including The Real Housewives of Orange County, Top Chef Masters, and was the winning Chef Mentor on ABC’s The Taste. He is currently competing in Top Chef LA All-Stars. Brian has won over 60 industry awards and created 15 highly successful restaurants across the United States. He was the founding executive chef/partner of Searsucker and Herringbone restaurants, under his guidance, the brands expanded both across the country and internationally to 10 locations. Brian continues to appear on popular shows as a guest celebrity chef including; Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, and The Today Show.
