Seen on the second season of the Top Chef, Betty Fraser became a fan favorite for her never-ending energy, constant smile and “tell it like it is attitude.” Co-owner of the award-winning Grub Gals Catering she has carved out a niche in the highly competitive restaurant and catering field. Betty has also appeared on Top Chef Holiday Special, Top Chef Masters and Bravotv.com’s Lexus 2010 webisode series, Perfectly Delish. Betty is a recurring guest chef on Hallmark Channel’s, Home and Family and was seen on The Today Show cooking with Al Roker. In 2014 Betty was a guest judge on Master Chef Junior with Gordon Ramsay and in 2015 she was a co-star in The Dinner Bash, a very popular webisode series.
CASEY THOMPSON
Top Chef Runner Up & Fan Favorite – Season 3 & 14, Top Chef All-Stars, Top Chef Masters
Casey Thompson worked her way up from prep cook to Sous Chef before leaving to accept the Executive Chef position at one of Dallas’ most popular Asian restaurants, Shinsei. Casey then appeared on Top Chef Season 3 and finished as runner up and fan favorite. Casey once again excelled at yet another Top Chef adventure, ranking as a top finalist on Top Chef Season 14. Casey currently resides in Napa and consults for restaurants and hotels lending her talents to many types of cuisines and styles of cooking. Casey is currently working on opening a new restaurant, Georgette, in Sonoma County this year.

Originally hailing from Florence, Italy, Fabio came to the U.S. and made his first television appearance on Top Chef and then was featured on Life After Top Chef. Fabio has since appeared on Good Morning America, The Talk , The Chew on ABC, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Day LA, Access Holly wood, The Today Show and many more! Fabio Viviani Hospitality has opened 34 restaurants to date, and in the next 18 months Fabio Viviani Hospitality Group is scheduled to open 14 more venues, including 5 Hotels in partnerships with different operators.

Top Chef Masters (Host), Around the World in 80 Plated, Celebrity Apprentice (Host), Top Chef Duels
Host celebrity chef, author and television personality. Curtis became host of the third season of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, co-hosted Around the World in 80 Plates as well as Top Chef Duels. In addition to hosting television shows, he opened his first restaurant, Maude, in 2014 in Beverly Hills and his second restaurant, Gwen, with his brother Luke in 2016 located in Los Angeles. Curtis has also appeared in ads for Coles Supermarkets, Hy-Vee, Bi-Lo, Great Grains cereal, as well as made dozens of appearances on cooking shows and network shows, including Celebrity Apprentice, The Today Show, America’s Next Great Restaurant, The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Best Thing I Ever Ate, and Food Network Challenge.
