6 Can’t Miss Performances On The iHeartRadio Music Awards

The iHeartRadio Music Awards are back for the sixth year! These annual awards are a star-studded event, this year celebrating the most popular music from 2018. They also give us a sneak peek into what is coming in 2019. The show features once in a lifetime performances and collaborations from some of today’s biggest musical talent. This year’s lineup does not disappoint. Make sure you tune in for these special performances at 8/7 central, Thursday, March 14th on Fox:

Alicia Keys

15-time Grammy Award winner, Alicia Keys, will perform at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. She is also this year’s recipient of the Innovator Award. Since 2001, Keys has sold a remarkable 40-million albums and added actress, entrepreneur, producer, author and Grammy Awards Show Host to her list of accomplishments. Anyone who has seen Alicia Keys perform knows that she packs a powerful punch – this year’s performance will no doubt do the same!

Ariana Grande

Ms. Grande has a social media following of more than 200-million and has proven herself one of this generation’s most powerful and magnetic stars. Ariana Grande started out on Broadway and has honed her acting chops in several well-known movies, as well as won awards at the MTV Video Music Awards, American Music Awards, as well as iHeartRadio Music Awards. Grande’s current album, thank u, next premiered on 136 iHeartRadio stations and she racked up the most weekly streams by a female artist ever. Grande promises to put on a powerful performance at this year’s awards.

Garth Brooks

Having received nearly all awards that can be given to an artist, the legendary Garth Brooks remains the #1 solo-artist in U.S. history. Brooks has smashed concert and tour records previously held by the likes of the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. He recently played a sold-out show at Notre Dame stadium and became the first artist to ever play there. Brooks always delivers performances known to electrify the crowd, so this is a don’t miss on the iHeartRadio Music Awards broadcast.

Halsey

Halsey has a passion for her music, as well as her causes. The 23-year old singer speaks up for many causes including Women’s Right, LGBTQ equality, and disenfranchised youth. She has been a featured performer for iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball Tour, Daytime Stage, and Wango Tango. Her hits have been globally successful with over 7 million streams and 6 million in sales. Halsey’s star is a rising one and you won’t want to miss her performance.

John Legend

Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, John Legend will grace the iHeartRadio Music Awards stage on Thursday night. Legend has been nominated for multiple iHeartRadio Music awards, as well as other music awards. Not only is he a show-stopping singer and pianist, he is also a businessman and principal partner in Get Lifted Film Co. Legend has a powerhouse voice and stage presence that lights up any stage – his iHeartRadio Music Awards performance will not disappoint.

Kacey Musgraves

Fresh off of multiple Grammy wins, Kacey Musgraves is set to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Musgraves current album Golden Hour has brought her a third #1 hit, as well as her Grammy wins. Golden Hour has been critically acclaimed and recognized as Apple Music’s Album of the Year. Musgraves’ beautiful voice and charismatic performance will no doubt delight viewers of the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
