Scope:  Summer picnics are a great opportunity to treat employees to a day of summer fun.  IE’s client wanted to show their appreciation, not only to the employees, but to their families as well. They wanted to give employees an opportunity to connect, relax, and have fun outside of the office (with a beautiful view).

Innovative Entertainment provided full scale event production for the client. From theme concept development through execution. Venue selection and coordination, décor and rentals, catering, entertainment, sound support and onsite execution was coordinated by our expert team.

Entertainment included family friendly activities such as face painting, caricature artists, henna artists, kids crafts stations, onsite manicure and pedicure, massage therapist and team games.
